Departure Point had a small data cabinet overloaded with hardware. A solution was required to upgrade and clean up the cabinet to allow future growth and be able to manage and fault-find within the cabinet. The cabinet has been strategically designed with the enclosed hardware to allow future growth in their data network and other network devices.

I was having problems with my phone line and as a result with my Optus internet connection. After going around in circles with the Optus tech and getting nowhere, I contacted Damian from French Technologies. He came out and checked the line and found it to be a line fault and I had Damian speak with the Optus tech and Damian finally got through to the tech that Optus had to get in touch with Telstra to repair the line. Damian's knowledge saved my sanity and got Optus to have the line repaired. On another occasion I was having problems with my PC and I called Damian to check it out for me.He promptly diagnosed the fault was with the modem and replaced that for me and reset the computer. I have no hesitation in recommending French Technologies for all your needs.

I desperately needed someone to come in and tidy up my network cables. Some were too short and were being strung across walls, others were way to long and were in coils on the floor. I had purchased standard cables and tried to make it work. The cables were a mess. One call to Damien , he came out and assessed the situation and made some suggestions that I was happy with. He finished up doing custom length cables, even taking one through my ceiling as it was the best option for the situation I was in. End of the day, he was very polite, cleaned up after himself, and the finished job looks much more professional when my clients come in to my office. He wasn't expensive, worked around my staff as they went about their day, and I couldn't suggest anyone better to do the job to my satisfaction. I had actually contacted several companies in the past and no one was interested in doing this type of work. Damien didn't have a problem and was a true professional. 5 stars from me.

Our business RPM Dyno & Performance needed a complete overhaul with our communication system. So many problems with Telstra and our old system and too much time on hold trying to sort problems which never got resolved.
